End of Build Cleaning

TOC Cleaning Services provide services to builders, decorators, kitchen and bathroom fitters and other trades to clean commercial and domestic premises after building or construction work is finished or between stages of construction.

Our end of build cleaning service includes:

• Cleaning all the dust and debris left behind from construction work
• Polishing all stainless steel
• Washing and polishing all internal and windows
• Removing paint marks from door frames and window frames
• Dusting of blinds and furniture
• External washing of patios and windows, window ledges, soffits, and facias.
• Dusting of light fixtures and fittings
• Removal of all labels etc

Our staff will be fully trained to meet any site requirements you may have. All staff will, if necessary, have appropriate safety clothing and footwear and have CSCS cards.  All will have had Health and Safety training.

We are available to work at weekends or at night if needed.
